The sea next to the promenade
Bridlington has two beaches; South Beach with long stretches of golden sand, great for games, or sunbathing, with a quieter vibe and a children's lido and North Beach which is a mixture of sand and shingle and sits next to a classic promenade with cafes, amusements. A great place to walk or catch the land train for a different way to see the views.
Nearby is Flamborough Head, which is a headland jutting out into the North Sea with a lighthouse and café/restaurant. Flamborough Head is a popular place for bird watching. and for spotting seals. See if you can also spot the drinking dinosaur- a rock formation near to the cliff edge.
