Filey Zoo

Formerly known as Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park, this is a lovely way to spend a few hours and is only a short drive away. Dogs on a lead are welcome so the whole family can enjoy time together. Animals include a variety of birds plus meerkats, alpacas, reptiles and more. There is also a small café, gift shop and play area as well as picnic areas and toilets.

The park is also dedicated to conservation of local flaura and fauna and this is shown in the many specific wildlife habitats.

See if you can find the door from the formal gardens leading to the secret garden with both places being a great place to sit, relax and soak up the peace and quiet.
